Senior Human Resource professionals from across Africa met in Accra on 24-25th June for the second annual Brighter Futures conference organized by Occupational Management Limited. The keynote speaker, Dr Cookie Govender, Lecturer at the Industrial Psychology and People Management Department at the Faculty of Management at University of Johannesburg focused on "Towards a Performance Management Model for Higher Education Employees".
